RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Block Set Project, we support your creative vision by offering exchanges for all our products excluding custom orders.
If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
As an independent, one-woman owned shop, we are happy to exchange your order or issue a store credit. We currently do not have the capacity for returns. Our exchange policy is part of our commitment to delivering exceptional and meticulously crafted pieces for your projects and spaces. Thanks for your understanding!
Eligibile for Exchange: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Contact Block Set Project to initiate an exchange or store credit.
Please include in your inquiry:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The nature of your return (e.g. damaged by carrier, no longer needed...)
Upon confirmation of return, buyers are responsible for the cost of the shipping return label.
Damaged Product: A photo of the product that arrived damaged is required for insurance purposes before a return can be processed.
Not eligible for returns: Used items, orders where the wrong address was provided or was otherwise undeliverable, and/or stolen packages are not eligible for refund.
